Summer Housing
Many MIT fraternities rent rooms during the summer. The prices provided are for the entire summer period. Typically this runs from the end of one academic year to the beginning of the next, but each fraternity has its own move-in and move-out dates and policies. You should ask the fraternity in question for particulars.
